Willie Gibbs

Willie G. Gibbs, 92, Clarksville, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center.
A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2011 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday and from 12 noon til the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Willie was born February 9, 1919 in Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Relzie Toler Gibbs; brothers, James Gibbs, Garland Gibbs, Curtis Gibbs, Burton Gibbs; sisters, Beatrice Gibbs and Nora Rose.
She was retired from Jay Garment Company and was a member of New Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister, Katherine Marino; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Doug Peters, Steve Rose, Pat Rose, Jason Turner and Bobby Gibbs. Danny Marino will serve as honorary pallbearer. On-line condolences may be made at NaveFuneralHomes.com.
