William Rice

William Earl Rice, 53, Clarksville, died Friday, February 25, 2011, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Bruce Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born May 1, 1957 in Robertson County, and was the son of the late, William Erskine and Lottie Jean McKinney Rice. Mr. Rice was in lawn care and remodeling, and a member of Oakwood Baptist Church. Survivors include his brothers, Donnie (Rita) Rice, Ricky (Mary) Rice, John (Yvonne) Rice, Roy (Lisa) Rice and Jerry Wayne (Steph) Rice; sister, Mary Jo Dority; and God Sons, Russell and Matthew Rice. Pallbearers will be Ray Rice, Curt Rice, Chris Rice, Sam Rice, J.J. Rice, and Ralph Hughes. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Taylor, Dale Durham, Tommy Rogers, Timmy Neblett and Steven Ray Neblett.
