William Patterson, Jr. age 80, of Clarksville, TN passed away Monday, July 4, 2022, at his home.
Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Glorioso officiating. Burial will follow at Stewart Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Billy entered this life on October 24, 1941, in Franklin, TN to the late William Burton Patterson Sr. “Pat” and Geneva Ingram Patterson. He attended Cheatham County High School and married the love of his life, on August 24, 1963. They were members of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church. Billy was a fabricating supervisor for Falcon Fabricators, where he retired after 40 years of dedicated employment. He enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, and woodworking.
Survivors include his loving wife, Emily “Faye” Major Patterson; daughter, Linda Faye Patterson (Vince) Glorioso; grandchildren, William Joseph (Landon) Glorioso and Jessica Lynn Glorioso (Robert); great-grandchildren, Drake Glorioso, Hannah Glorioso, Willow Stratton, and Jaxson Stratton, and sister, Betty Jean Miller.
Pallbearers will be Scott Barger, Justin Gibbs, Robert Proctor, Larry Griffith, David Greer, George Daughtry, Charlie Patterson, Jerry Clark, and Aaron Crawford. Honorary pallbearer will be Jesse Gibbs.
