William Denver Mattingly, age 40, of Clarksville, Tn passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011 at his residence. A graveside service will be held 1:30pm Monday at Bethel Memorial Cemetery on Sango Road with visitation from 11am until 1pm at McReynolds-Nave and Larson Chapel. The Rev. Bruce Shawver will officiate. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers; Edward and Ernest Mattingly.
William was born May 14, 1971 in Hyden, KY the son of the late Allen Denver Mattingly and Ermil Sue McIntosh. He was a Christian. Also, he was a graduate of Leslie County High School and attended Georgetown College and Eastern Kentucky University.
Survivors include brother; Steve Asher, Albuquerque, NM and sisters; Pam Lewis, Trenton, Michigan, Ronnie Carol Stewart,Hyden, KY, Adelene Lewis, London, KY. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are in the care of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 931-647-3371.
