William "Bill" Roseberry Jr

January 4, 1944 — February 15, 2022

William “Bill” Douglas Roseberry sadly passed away on 15th February. Born in 1944, in Phillipsburg New Jersey, son to the late William and Eleanor Roseberry. Bill grew up and matured very fast, since he was the eldest of all his siblings. When he was 16, he left school to become a Farmer, Corrections Officer and worked on Tractors up until his last days. He had a passion for many things; his family, laughing, working outside, and his 2.5 dogs Buddy, Lucey, and Beau.
Although Bill was born and raised in New Jersey, he never felt settled there. In 1996 he and his late wife Elizabeth “Betty” made the move to Tennessee and fell in love with the Beauty of the state and the genuine open kindness of people. Bill had finally found “home”.
In 2015 Bill met then married Connie Shirlette Moran, and found as Bill said, “the late life love of his life” and he knew he was a lucky man. Bill and Connie reside in McEwen, TN where they enjoyed laughing on their porch, their 2.5 dogs, and a quiet life.
“My father was a humble man, who kept life simple. I may not have understood him as kid, or when I was a young man, but I am incredibly grateful for the time I got to appreciate and finally understand him man to man”.
Bill is survived by his loving wife; Connie Shirlette Roseberry. Siblings; Charles Roseberry, Kay Roseberry Milford, and Raymond Roseberry. His children; Sharon (Steven) Fedor, William “Bill” (Yvonne) Roseberry. Grandchildren; Andrew McCraw, Nichole “Nikki” Fedor, David McAndrew, and Kelsey (Ryan) Transue; and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 26th, 2022 for Bill at Light House Ministries 31 Indian Creek Road, McEwen, Tennessee 37101. Brother Bobby Eddings and William Brown Officiating.
Everyone is welcome to pay their respects and final farewell from 12-2Pm, Ministry Service will promptly follow at 2pm.
