William ( Ace) Beard - 1934 William Elbert ( Ace ) Beard, 75, Erin, died Thursday, January 7, 2010, at Patients Choice Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11am Satrurday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Hardin officiating. Burial will be in Beard Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pm until 8pm Friday and from 8am until service Saturday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr.Beard was born July 10, 1934 in Houston County,Tn.son of the late Travis and Eunice Parchman Beard. He was a member of Stewart Church Of Christ and was a Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife Helen Powell Beard of Erin,Tn.two daughters Donna Veal of Paducah,Ky., Becky Erickson of Erin,Tn. four brothers Michael Beard of Tn.Ridge,Tn.Terry Beard, Oliver Beard and Donald Beard all of Cumberland City,Tn.four sisters Naomi Kuykendall and Margaret Rye both of Erin,Tn. Golda Smith of Nashville,Tn. Eugenia Castleberry of Paris, Tn. and five grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Sherwin Smith, John Beard, William Beard, Trevor Beard, Scott Beard, Jacob Beard, Jody Beard, Jason Beard, Jacob Erickson, David Snow, Brant Veal.
