Vivian Louise Hankins Settle, 88 of Erin, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
She was born April 13, 1927, the daughter of Carman Cleovis Hankins, and Era Donaldson Hankins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Alfred Settle, and son, Jimmy Dale Settle.
She is survived by son, Kenneth Wayne Settle; two grandsons, Sean John Robert Settle, and Devin Giles Fillingham (Vernetta); great-granddaughter, Skylith Fillingham; niece, Jennifer Cooper (Jeff); nephews, Jeff Mathis, Alabama and Sammy Mathis.
She loved the lord with all of her heart and never missed a chance to share her faith, she loved Erin 1st Assembly of God, though her health kept her from attending regularly.
Funeral services will be held Monday 1pm Monday January 25, 2016 at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rod Parchman officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Monday afternoon at the funeral home.
