Virginia Weaver

Virginia Ruth Weaver, 84, Clarksville, went to meet her Savior Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Alive Hospice, Nashville, TN. She was born October 28, 1925 in Beckley, West Virginia, daughter of Elmer T. and Ollie E. Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John P. Weaver, granddaughter Jennifer Reinersmann, brothers Tracy, Junior, Jack, and Harles Christian, and sister Rosa Christian. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Friends and family are welcome to a celebration of life graveside service for this precious, loving mother, grandmother and friend at 11 a.m. Thursday at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Lonnie Tate officiating. She is survived by daughters Rita S. Mann (Bill) and Carolyn J. Carpenter (Mel), both of Clarksville, sister Sue Dockery (Doc) and brother Tommy (Mary Jane) Christian, of Petersburg, VA, grandsons Larry Riggins (Aimee), Waterloo, IA, Billy Mann Jr. of Clarksville, Gene Redd Jr. (Tammy) of Clarksville, Johnny Mann of Nashville, granddaughter Debbie Verdonk (Dutch) of Sierra Vista, AZ, great-grandchildren Brittney Gibson Mann, of Nashville, Raymond Verdonk of Sierra Vista, AZ, Justin and Jaqlyn Riggins of Waterloo, IA, Michael and Christopher Verdonk of Oregon City, OR, Lauren Riggins, Jessica Reinersmann and Carley Mann of Clarksville, and Matthew and Cody Reinersmann of Hendersonville, TN, and great-great-grandchildren Tyler and Paige Verdonk of Sierra Vista, AZ and Kenzie Riggins of Clarksville.
