Virginia Broadbent

Virginia Hendrick Broadbent, 77, Clarksville, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Brian Scott McKinney officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 6, 1932 in Sunny Side, KY and was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edward and Angie McCoy Hendrick; husband, William A. Broadbent Sr.; brother, Donald Hendrick. Mrs. Broadbent was a homemaker. Survivors include her son, William A. Broadbent Jr., Clarksville; daughter, Glenda (Wilton) Broadbent McKinney, Clarksville; brother, Eddie (Recketta) Hendrick, Indian Mound; sisters-in-law, Hazel Hendrick, Patty (Tom) Elam, Faye Britt, Clarksville; brother-in-law, Douglas Wall, Sr., Clarksville; grandchildren, Brian Scott (Jenny) McKinney, Wake Forest, NC, Jennifer McKinney (Jim) Tilton, Clarksville; great-grandchildren, Olivia Tilton, Emma Tilton, Vanessa Tilton, Clarksville, Sarah Beth McKinney, Jackson Scott McKinney and Atlee Grace McKinney, Wake Forest, NC.
