Virginia Allen, 85, Clarksville, passed away Monday, December 16, 2012.
A Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at Sango Cemetery. Burial will follow in Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Virginia was born October 14, 1927 in Humphreys County. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Allen and her sons, Stephen Michael Allen and George Andrew Allen. Survivors include her son, Terry Alvin Allen and wife Michelle; brothers, James Gunnels of Louisiana and Bobby Gunnels of Georgia; sister, Betty Abernathy of Clarksville; and five grandchildren.
