Violet "Polly" Wills

Violet “Polly” Austin Wills, age 74, of Clarksville passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Trestscott officiating. Burial will follow at Blooming Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.

Violet was born on January 3, 1948, in Stewart Co. TN to the late John and Mary Austin. She was a member of Dotsonville Baptist Church. Violet enjoyed music, dancing, cooking and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Durward Elliott Wills and several sisters and brothers.

Survivors include her sons, Tony (Brenda) Williams and James (Misty) Wills; daughters, Roxie Wills and Jo (Roy) Combs; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, sisters, Elsie Toler, Lois LaPardus, and Shirley Smart; and brothers, Gary, Larry, James, Roger, and Marvin Austin.

Pallbearers will be John Williams, Michael Williams, James Wills Jr, Roy Combs Jr, Ryan Combs, Alex Davitt, Dakota Harris, and Drake Harris.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
