Vincent Shelton

Vincent E. Shelton, 69, Erin, died Monday, December 27, 2010, at Patient's Choice Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 12 noon Thursday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel, Erin, with Bro. Jay Wilburn officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 8a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Vincent was born December 11, 1941 in Cumberland, Kentucky, son of the late Andy and Argie Brown Shelton. He was preceded in death by his son Darryl Nelson. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Good Shelton of Erin, sons Tony Shelton of Erin, David Shelton of White Bluff, Tennessee, and Daniel Andrew of Taylor, Michigan, daughter Debie Helton of Taylor, Michigan, brother Kenneth Shelton of Kentucky, sister Lovada Darlene Smolarz of Michigan, nine grandchildren and six step- grandchildren.
