Vernice Oliver, age 79, of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at her residence.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Slayden Baptist Church with Rev. James Green officiating. Burial will follow at Slayden Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Vernice entered into this life on June 21, 1943, to the late Jay and Minnie Groves Bradford. She was a member of Slayden Baptist Church and formerly a CNA.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Oliver; brothers, Bobby Bradford and Donald Bradford; grandchildren, Cody Oliver, Gavin Oliver.
Survivors include her children, Loretta (Darryl) Dunn-Hall, Larry Oliver, Jerry Oliver, Daniel (Crystal) Oliver, Dianne (Jamie) Sauers; grandchildren, Tony (Brittany) Sauers, Dan Dunn, Blake (Shawna Sweeney) Dunn, Destin Sauers, Cole Dunn, Dylan Oliver, Dean (Kayla Eichstadt) Oliver, Breanna Sauers, Tia (Mason Pulley) Oliver, Austin Hall; brothers, Hubert Bradford, Wendell Bradford; great-grandchildren, Kynlee, Ella, Bryson, Liam, Jase, Blake Jr., Paisleigh, Presleigh, Addilyn; sisters, Sue Perkins, Cheryl Phillips, Debbie Mickel.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
