Vergia Spann Crawford

Vergia Spann Crawford, age 87, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson with Rev. Garrette Milliken officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, and again from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home on Friday.
Vergia entered this life on June 18, 1934, in Mississippi to the late James and Augusta Banks Spann. She was an Administrative Assistant for The US Postal Service.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jerry Eanes, and siblings, Beatrice English, James Ella Spann Whitehurst, Geraldine Hillard, Everett Spann, Wardell Spann, Julius Spann, and Pervis Spann.
Survivors include her son, David Lee Eanes, and his wife, Aline; daughter, Diane Ford; grandchildren, Natasha Bailey, Malika Adams, Sameen Johnson, Rahkiya, Oriedo, Ron Ford, Ashley Ford, Nichole Eanes, and Mikale; great-grandchildren, D’Jyon Eanes, D’Nyla Harris, Sariea Harris, Kristopher Harris, Abdul Muteen, Zakiya, Joshua, Jayleanne, Jaharris, Angel, Ben, Christopher, Xavier, and Edward.
The family will serve as pallbearers.
