Velma Brown

Velma Edith Brown 99 of Erin, TN. passed away Friday June 26, 2015 at Signature Health Care. She was born January 26, 1916 in Humphrey County, Tn. daughter of the late Robert Grice and Addie Forrest Grice. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Leland Brown, children George Leland Brown Jr., Gary Michael Brown, Paula Kay, Sister Lois Hilliard, brothers Roy Wesley Grice, William Eldridge Grice and Edward Grice. A celebration of her life will be 4pm Sunday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Beverly Dycus and Rev. Denise Settle officiating. Visitation will be from 5:30pm until 8pm Saturday and from 2pm until service time Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at McDonald Cemetery. She was survived by one brother Richard Grice. Pallbearers will be Eddie Grice, David Grice, Phil Brown, Robert Brown, Bill Grice and Randal French.
