Valerie Cusick

Valerie Opal Crabbe Cusick, 58, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2011 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Following visitation her remains will be cremated. Valerie was born February 14, 1953, in Windsor Ontario, Canada, and was preceded in death by her husband, Neil George Cusick; parents, Herbert and Katarina Heinz Crabbe; and two brothers, Kenneth and Thomas Crabbe.
Mrs. Cusick was of the Lutheran faith and was currently employed as a hostess for O'Charley's on Riverside Drive for almost 20 years.
She is survived by two daughters; Shelby Cusick-Haley (Chad Troy) and Kelly Cusick-Michael (Todd Phillips), both of Clarksville; sister, Iris Taylor, Clarksville; grandchildren; Jacob Michael and Colby Michael; mother-in-law, Esther Cusick; brother-in-law, Robert Patrick Cusick; sister-in-law, Kathleen Moxie; nephew, Zachary Taylor; great-nieces, Katarina and Claira Taylor, all of Michigan; best friend, Regina (Robert) Tipton; Brian Haley, uncle to Jacob and Colby; and her second mother, Gerty Johnson, Clarksville.
