TSGT (Ret) Ernest Albert Payton, age 61, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Air Force Honors will be rendered.
The Payton family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the hour of service Thursday.
Ernest entered this life on September 8, 1953, in Brockton, Massachusetts, son of the late Therman and Dorothy Leach Payton. He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and dutifully served his country in Vietnam.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Pairat Payton; his son, Charles Payton and wife Lacey; grandchildren, Alexis, Link, and Xander; and sisters, Millie and Karen.
