Tracy was born on July 7, 1969 in Clarksville, the daughter of James Shelton Taylor and Jo Lynn Wade Taylor. She is preceded in death by her father and her husband, Christopher Herrell.
Survivors include her sons, Mitchell Dylan Taylor and Richard Eugene Taylor; grandchildren, Skylar Taylor, Jocelyn Perales; brothers, Greg (Carol) Taylor and Kerry Taylor; sister, Jennifer (Randy) Ellis.
She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
