Tony Thompson

Tony Thompson, 44, Clarksville, died Friday, September 26, 2008, at his home. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Lone Oak Baptist Church with Rev. David Mackens and Rev. Bill Brown officiating. Burial will be in Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 12 noon until the time of service Monday at the church.
He was born February 4, 1964 in Montgomery Co., TN son of Lowell Thompson and the late Jean Page Thompson. Mr. Thompson was a former employee of Bosch and a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church.
In addition to his father of Clarksville he is survived by his wife Sheila Hodges Thompson of Clarksville; son Chad (Salina) Brooks of Cunningham; daughter Ashley Thompson of Cumberland Furnace; brothers Keith Thompson and Todd Thompson both of Clarksville; sister Diana Matthews of Clarksville; and grandchildren Tyler Brooks and Alexis Brooks.
Pallbearers will be Keith Thompson, Todd Thompson, Joey Baggett, Zachary Matthews, Jonathan Hughes, Jim Harrison, Tony Suiter, and Ronnie Page. Memorials may be made to Lone Oak Baptist Church, 4445 Louise Rd., Cumberland Furnace, TN 37051.
