Thomas W. O'Sullivan, 61, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Christiano Nunes officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY with full military honors.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Monday, with a Rosary held at 7 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the Church.
Mr. O'Sullivan was born January 12, 1954 in Essex Junction, VT and was preceded in death by his parents, James P. and Marjorie Pierce O'Sullivan.
He was a retired U.S. Army/National Guard Veteran, and also retired from civil service.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Diaz O'Sullivan; daughters, Kristina (Roger) Kilcoyne, Helen (John) Nicholas; brothers, Patrick O'Sullivan, Michael (JoAnn) O'Sullivan, Jim (Amy) O'Sullivan; grandchildren, Gracen Nicholas, Kinley Kilcoyne and Kourtney Kilcoyne.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
