Thomas Earl Collier, 66, Clarksville, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Richard Dakin and Rev. Tracy Hoskins officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, with full military honors. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. He was born April 29, 1944 in Lebanon, IN and was preceded in death by his parents, George Darrell and Rilla Margaret Goff Collier; brother, Duane Collier; and brother-in-law, Leon Tolley. Mr. Collier was a graduate of Lebanon Senior High School and attended the Woodlawn Community Church of the Nazarene. He was retired from the U.S. Army where he served from the Vietnam Era through 1984. Survivors include his wife, Linda Ellen Smith Collier, Clarksville; daughters, Tammy (Jim) Earl, Temple, TX, Terri (Richard) Dakin, Paris, TN; brother, Jerry (Judy) Collier, Thorntown, IN; sister, Loretta Tolley, Lebanon, IN; grandchildren, Chris Anderson, Melisa Clark, Stephanie Malcolm, Joshua Dakin; and five great-grandchildren.
