Thomas Christian

Mr. Thomas Frazier Christian SR, age 64 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Centennial Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Baggett officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The Christian family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday afternoon.
Thomas entered this life on December 31, 1952 in Forrest City, Arkansas, son to the late Royce and Weaber Taylor Christian. Thomas was a loving father, husband, and gradfather and served his community as an evangelical preacher where he spread God’s word throughout his community. He loved playing gospel music, and he worked as a lineman his entire working career.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his brother, Royce Christian Jr, and sister, Glenda Simms.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Kaye Vaughn Christian; sons, Thomas Christian II (Amber), Eric Christian (Lisa); brother in law, Thomas Vaughn; sister in law, Ann Banks; and his loving granddaughter, Payton Christian. Thomas also leaves behind a loving host of nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Reager, John Cross, Currie Moore, Shane Biggs, Mike Bowers, Brandon Sloan, Jerry Hankins, and Chuck Banks.
