Thelda (Teddy) Dreaden

Thelda (Teddy) M. Dreaden, 75, Tennessee Ridge, passed away Monday, April 2, 2012 at Dogwood Bend Assisted Living in Clarksville, TN.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 noon Friday, April 6, 2012 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with the Revs. Harriet Bryan Harris and Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will follow in McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. Born October 18, 1936 in Houston County, Tennessee to H.R. and Alma Wyatt Rushing, Teddy was raised by her grandmother Lennie Mae Rushing. She was a loving Christian mother and wife, homemaker and artist.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kelley (E.K.) Dreaden. Survivors include her daughters, Joye (Jeff) Apanowicz of Murfreesboro, Beth (Brian) Flynt of Cumberland City, and Kelley (Mark) Mayo of Franklin; her brother Algie Rushing of Erin; her sister Colleen Berry of Dearborn Heights, MI; her grandchildren Paul Apanowicz, Grant Apanowicz, Derek Flynt, Betsy Megan Jackson, Evan Mayo, Chelsea Mayo, Chloe Mayo, and Olivia Mayo; and her great-grandchildren Avery Jackson and Kelley Apanowicz.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and Randy Hinson. Great grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.
