Terry Smith

Terry Glen Smith, 59, Clarksville, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Herbert McFadden officiating. Burial will be in Dotsonville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. He was born October 22, 1950 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Mitchell Smith. Mr. Smith was a mechanic for the City of Clarksville and attended Dotsonville Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Ora Lee Murray Smith Harrison, Clarksville; son, Allen Smith, Woodlawn; daughter, Ashlee (Martin) Escalera, Missouri; brother, Billy (Elaine) Smith, Woodlawn; and sister, Ann (Kenneth) Carmack. Pallbearers will be Alan Beaverson, Herschel Hogan, Billy Joe Smith, Wilson Harrison, Jeffrey Smith and Kenneth Carmack.
