Terry Shelton

Terry Ray Shelton, age 61, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Bros. Terry Bear and Kevin Horn officiating. He will be laid to rest with US Air Force Honors at Baggett's Chapel Cemetery. Terry's family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Terry entered into this life on February 28, 1960 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. He was a Paramedic by trade and as a young man had proudly served for 9 years in the US Air Force as a Medic. Terry attended Baggett's Chapel Church of God and enjoyed antiquing in his spare time.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Jill Shelton, and children, Matthew and Heather Shelton. In addition to his parents, Norman and Nancy Underwood Shelton, Terry is survived by his daughter, Brittney Hammond (Matt) brother, Mark Shelton (Michelle), and children by marriage, Wendy and Shaun Burbage. Terry was the loving grandfather to Matthew Bodem and Mason Hammond.
Pallbearers will be Clyde Karnes, David Shelton, Kevin Horn, Andy Hughes, Gary Lamberth, and Harold Ferrell.
