Teresa J. VanAllen, age 56, of Pleasant View, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel.
Funeral services will be handled by Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, North Carolina. Service details to be announced in the following days. Burial will be in Hills of the Neuse Cemetery in Smithfield, NC.
Teresa was born April 10, 1960 in Johnston County, NC, daughter of Stacy Lee and Barbara Pope Johnson. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, a former teacher with Montgomery County and Cheatham County Schools.
"Grambo", As she was affectionately known by her grandson, loved being outdoors, being with family and cooking.
Other than her mother, she is survived by her husband, Danny VanAllen; son, Joshua VanAllen; daughter, Jessica McLamb Sneed, and husband Ryan Sneed; sisters, Wanda Dupree, Laura Hendrix; step-brother, Hal Wells; and her grandson, Hutson Sneed.
