Teresa Jo Patterson, 49, Springfield, died Monday, December 22,2008, at North Crest Hospital. The funeral will be held at 12noon Friday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.Paul Moody officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30am till service Friday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 9,1959 in Houston County,Tn. Daughter of the late Carl Patterson and Syble Smith Patterson. Survivors include her mother Syble Patterson of Erin,Tn.two brothers Andy Patterson of Heiskell,Tn Michael Patterson Of Clarksville,Tn.one sister Melissia Gray of Clarksville,Tn. Pallbearers will be Michael Patterson, Frank Gray, Cary Rye, Jimmy Byars, G.E.Clark, Roland Smith, Jim Eley
