Talmadge Hudson

Talmadge Dee “TD” Hudson, age 83, of Clarksville, went to be with his Lord on Friday, March 1, 2013, at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, March 4, 2013, at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Revs. Clarence Steiner and Danny Eads officiating. Burial will follow in the Edgewood Cemetery, Dickson County, TN.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. T.D. was born August 27, 1929, in Humphreys County, TN, and was the son of the late Ezra and Annie Mae Hooper Hudson. He was a member and Deacon of Kenwood Baptist Church and Vice President of Hudson Municipal Contractors. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Richard D. Hudson, and sister, Thelma Long. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Ruth Wilson Hudson of Clarksville; son, Charles (Cindy) Hudson of Clarksville; daughter, Brenda Hudson of Clarksville; daughter-in-law, Connie Hudson of Adams, TN; brother, Dallas Hudson of Dickson, TN; grandchildren, Benjamin (Kourtney) Hudson of Chattanooga, TN and Elizabeth Hudson (Daniel) Burke of Nashville, TN. Pallbearers will be Benjamin Hudson, Daniel Burke, Jerry Long, Jimmy Long, Gary Hudson, Billy Buttrey, Anthony Choate, Alton Choate, Joel Choate, and Ted Keele.
