Sylvia Vachon

Sylvia Teresa Vachon, 75, Clarksville, died Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery beside her son Michael. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 16, 1932 in Salsburg, Austria, daughter of Sylvester and Francisca Sykyta. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael Robert Vachon. Mrs. Vachon was a homemaker and a Catholic. Survivors include her husband, Robert H. Vachon, Clarksville; son, Charles D. (Kathryn) Vachon, Ashland City, TN; grandchildren, Ryan Poston and Karinza (Matt) Marty, of Clarksville.
