Suzanne Lynn Pike Gabhart, age 72, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the chapel of McReynolds- Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Suzanne entered into this life on January 12, 1948, in Casey County, KY to the late James Shelby and Lotus Eileen Roy Pike. She started and operated the Paintball Division of Morale Welfare and Recreation for seventeen years. During those seventeen years she served as a mother figure to so many. She loved her family and was just a “people-person” in general. Her infectious personality made it to where she never met a stranger.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Harold Gabhart, and her sister, Theresa Harris.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer (Raymond) Rieke and Jessica (Timothy) Malson; grandchildren, Marina Nicole Gabhart Santos and Christian John Rieke, and great-grandchild, Landon Blake Miller; siblings, David (Tish) Pike, George Pike, Carolyn (Howard) Durham, and Marilyn (Keith) McMahan.
