Soon Bearden

Soon Ja Bearden, 83, Clarksville, died Friday, February 19, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The remains are to be cremated. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Bearden was born in Pyungnam-Do, Korea, on November 14, 1926, and was the daughter of the late Dong Hyun Byun and Bok Soon Kim. Mrs. Bearden was a homemaker and a member of Full Gospel TN Church, Clarksville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two former husbands, Homer R. Eaton and James Bearden. She is survived by two sons, Tae (Karen) Eaton of Clarksville and John (Cindi Sokol) Eaton of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Kristen (Tim) Shields of Memphis, TN and James (Robin) Shasteen of Clarksville; and two great grandchildren.
