Shirley Stanley

Shirley Ann Stanley, age 82, of Clarksville, TN passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at her home.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Justice Officiating. Burial will follow at Liverworth Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Shirely entered this life on November 27, 1941, in Clarksville, TN to the late William and Fannie Milam Fowler. She was a member of Covenant Free Will Baptist Church. Shirley enjoyed gardening, watching soap operas, her candies, and in her younger years, bowling. Above all, she enjoyed time with her grandchildren. She loved them endlessly.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stanley.

Survivors include her children, Danny Stanley, Chuck Stanley, and Tracie Stanley; grandchildren, Amber Stanley (Gabi), Chelsi Duke (Dustin), Brittani James (Tylor), Alli James (Zach), Tori James (Cole),Jeremy Collier,Jr., Peyton Collier, Cody Stanley (Ashley), Charli Creekmur (Jacob), Brandi Stanley (Reese), and Christopher Johnson (Raquel). Shirley also leaves behind twenty great-grandchildren.
