Shirley Elizabeth Shemwell, age 73, of Clarksville, TN passed away Monday, February 27, 2023, while surrounded by her loving family.
Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Ferrell, officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Shirley entered this life on November 5, 1949, in Clarksville, TN to the late Homer and Elizabeth Hewell Darnell. She was a member of the church of Nazarene and had formerly worked for Trane Company.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammie (Eddie) Pace; granddaughter, Samantha (Brandon) Stewart, Jamie Wallace, and Ashley Sundstrom; great-grandchildren, Ruby Stewart, Luke Sundstrom, Blakely Sundstrom, and Levi Wallace.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Clarksville Humane Society.
Pallbearers will be Matt Sundstrom, Brandon Stewart, Eddie Pace, Diane Rye, Tammie Pace, and Samantha Stewart.
