Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Shirley was born December 7, 1948 in Houston County,Tn.daughter of the late Vernon and Virginia Lewis Phillips. Survivors include two daughters Sandra Neptune of Clay,Ky. Sherry Phillips of Stewart,Tn.one brother Dwight A.Phillips of Tn.Ridge,Tn. two grandchildren Michael Smith, Jennifer Glatz and two great grandchildren.
