Shelia Louise Smith, age 77 of Clarksville passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare.

Shelia entered this life on July 14, 1943, in Erin, TN to the late Calvin Loerch and Mildred Louise Richardson. She was a member of Shepherd’s Chapel.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lacy Smith; grandson, Thomas Williams and siblings, Jerry Mathis and Glenda Earps.
Survivors include her daughters, Mildred King, Lisa (Ramonn Williams) Witmer, and Ila Cathey; grandchildren, Jeremy Parker, Justin Parker, Christopher Cathey, Nickie Villers, Rebecca Cathey, Bart Villers, and Aleesia Stacker; brother, Tommy Mathis. Shelia is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
