Shelby J. Fugate, age 83 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021, at her home.
Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Shelby entered this life on September 4, 1938 in Hazard, KY to the late Clint and Jewell Mullins Collins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Fugate.
Survivors include her children, Sheila Durocher, and Duane Fugate; grandchildren, Bradley Fugate, Jessica Palm, Kyle Durocher, Matthew Durocher, and Nicholas Durocher; great-grandchild, Bodie Palm, and sister, Dorothy Feltner.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
