Sharon E. Hall Haddox, age 74 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at her residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon Friday, January 25, 2019 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Childress officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The Haddox family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2019 and again on Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Sharon entered into this life on February 4, 1944 in New Orleans, LA daughter of the late James Hall and Norma Wahl Kellum. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and enjoyed quilting and sewing. Sharon was very involved with her quilting group, and enjoyed gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Haddox, and sister, Linda Gordy.
Survivors include her daughters, Tiffany (Hank) Lang, and Katie (Derrick) Carroll; siblings, Thomas Hall, James E. Hall, Jr., Dennis Hall, and Laurie Price; grandchildren, David Lang, Lori Woodford, Josh Lang, Cody Lang, Zachary Maher, Alexis Maher, Grace Maher, and Spencer Maher, and five great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 26 Watts Road, Trenton, KY 42286.
