Shaan Maxwell

Shaan Eugene Maxwell, age 52, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 while at his home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 12, 2018 at Hilldale Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Scott and Dr. Larry Robertson officiating. He will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Shaan's family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the church.
Shaan entered into this life on August 11, 1965 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to parents Gene and Betty Blane Maxwell. He was employed with WalMart's Distribution Center in Hopkinsville and enjoyed being a part of the church family at Hilldale Baptist Church where he also worked security. He loved grilling and BBQ'ing for his family and friends and also enjoyed exercising and working out regularly. Shaan was an avid Star Wars and Star Trek fan. He also loved listening to Elvis music and watching John Wayne and westerns.
In addition to his mother Betty, Shaan is survived by his loving wife, Dana Knox Maxwell; sister, Dana A. Maxwell; parents-in-law, Ed and Melinda Knox; and brother-in-law, Edward Knox II. Shaan was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eugene Maxwell and his brother, Rycki Maxwell.
