Sgt (Ret) Alex Burlas Lucas, Jr. 68 of Clarksville passed away Monday, September 28, 2020.
A Celebration of life will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Julian Ibemere officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at the church.
Alex was born on August 5, 1952 in San Juan Alcala, Philippines to the late Alex and Diosdada Burlas Lucas. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, and a retired Veteran of The United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Nevado Lucas; sons, Alex Nevado (Vanessa) Lucas III, Jonathan Nevado Lucas; daughters, SueAnn Nevado Lucas, and Jennifer (Kwang) Lucas Song; grandchildren, Alessa Sofia Tomboc-Lucas, Gabrielle Tomboc-Lucas, Avagail Tomboc-Lucas, Javon Song, Kayleah Song, and Samuel Song; siblings, Wilfredo Lucas, Roberto Lucas, Loveniano Lucas, Rosemarie Valerio, Juanita Knudsen, Josie Robledo, Julia Pena and Beatrice Untulan.
