SGT (Ret.) Alan Sampson

SGT Alan Harvey Sampson, age 57, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial with Military Honors will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Alan entered into this life on July 25, 1960 in Superior, Wisconsin to the late Harvey William Sampson and Karen Linea Goodwin Tahtinen. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a truck driver by trade, and a member of the New Eden Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his loving wife, Yong Kim Sampson, his mother, Karen Tahtinen and her husband Richard, and his sister, Jody Sampson.
