SFC (Ret) Tom Ware

SFC (Ret) Thomas Blake Ware, age 63, of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Tennova Healthcare.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Thomas entered this life on August 14, 1956 in Detroit, MI to the late Louis Lee and Rosemary Ingrassia Ware. He was a Christian, and a retired Veteran of the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, William and Louis Ware.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Monika Ware; daughters, Sandra Ann Berlinger, and Sarah Rene Ware; siblings, Andrew, Michael, Robert, Rosie, Johnny, and James; grandchildren, Daniel, David, Elias, Jonas, and Sarah.
