SFC (Ret) Junior Spangler

SFC (Ret) Junior Ray Spangler, 72 of Clarksville, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life with Full Military Honors will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service on Sunday.
Junior was born on July 19, 1943 in Lawrence County, Arkansas. He retired as SFC from the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Halliday Spangler; daughters, Wanda (Dave) Pennington, Teresa Duckworth, Annette Whipple, Judy Angus, and Terri (Jamie) Biter; grandchildren, Casey and Whitney Pennington, Chad (Katie) Angus, Zachery Angus, Jordan and Madison Biter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. at 2600 Network Blvd., Suite 300, Frisco, TX 75034.
