Scott Francis Peterson

Scott Francis Peterson, age 55, of Oak Grove, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Celebration of Life will be held 4 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Scott entered this life on October 12, 1968 in Port Jefferson Station, NY. He was retired from The United States Army. After his honorable service in the military, he became a door greeter at Walmart, and had experience working as a bouncer for various bars. Scott also worked as a salesman for Lawn Cutters, where he was a dedicated employee for over ten years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert F. Peterson.

Survivors include his mother, Loretta O’Brien Avent; long time companion, Gabriela Ramirez; daughters, Alycia Brown and Alondra Mays; brother, Eric Theodore Peterson.
