Sara Gill

Sara Fay Gill, 79 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Spring Meadows Nursing Home.
A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m., Monday, May 7th, 2018 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Shelton officiating. Burial will be in Blooming Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Sara was born, September 23, 1938 in Woodlawn, TN, daughter of the late, Jess and Sara Eunice Collier Chandler. Sara was a homemaker and a member of Blooming Grove Baptist Church and the Veterans Wives Association. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Gill, Sr.; son, William David Gill; grandson, Paul Mitchell Martin II, only child of Cynthia J. Gill Martin and Paul Mitchell Martin; brothers, William Preston McCreary, James Erwin Chandler, Jessie Chandler, Jr., John Davies Chandler and Willard Lee Chandler; sisters, Stella Lee Chandler McCoy, Bertha Thomas Chandler Kirskey, Rena Elizabeth Chandler Lillard and Eula May Chandler Frost Pierce.
Left to cherish her memory is her children, Cynthia J. Martin (Paul Mitchell Martin); son, Robert William Gill, Jr. (Suk); grandchildren, Shawn Michele Gill Polen, daughter of Robert W. Gill Jr. and Suk Hui Gill, and Robert William Gill III, son of Robert W. Gill II and Suk Hui Gill; great-grandchildren, Nikolai Taewon Polen, son of Shawn M. Gill Polen and Joshua Edward Polen, Mia Grace Polen, daughter of Shawn M. Gill and Joshua Edward Polen, Hayden Christienson Gill, son to Robert W. Gill III and Heather Marie Gill and Grayson Alexander Gill, son of Robert W. Gill III and Heather Marie Gill.
