Sara Carter, age 84 of Pleasant View, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at her residence.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Scott Dobbins officiating.
The Carter family will receive friends from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Sara entered into this life on July 14, 1933 in Robertson County, TN daughter of the late Jasper and Ruby Wilson Hudgens. She was a member of Bellshire Assembly of God. She was a Godly woman who loved her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Edward Carter, son Terry Louis Carter; brothers, Jay, Ray, and Haywood Hudgens; sisters, Becky Arnce, Nelda Rosson, and Melba Cummings.
Survivors include her daughter, Gail Loftis; brother, Jimmie Hudgens; sisters, Nancy Hudgens (James) Shamwell, and Faye York.
