Sallie was born October 6, 1920 in Erin,Tn. daughter of the late Otha Garrett and Emily Cooksey Garrett.Funeral service will be 1:30pm Thursday at Thomas Chapel Church with Elder Wayne Hayes officiating. Visitation will be from 12 noon until service at the church.Survivors include her cousins Wilbur Carr, George Cooksey , nieces and nephews and family and friends.
