Sadie Kingsmill

Sadie Kingsmill, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 while at her home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Felts Dent officiating. She will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery. Sadie's family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Sadie entered into this life on February 25, 1930 in Montgomery County to the late William Thomas Sanders and Mattie Myrtle Smith Sanders. She was retired from a career with Civil Service at Ft. Campbell where she enjoyed many years of dedicated service. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
In addition to her parents, Sadie is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Travis Kingsmill and her son, Alfred Kingsmill. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Dawson (William), granddaughter, Kimberly Burr; great grandson, Zachary Burr; and her sister, Molly Howell.
Pallbearers will be Richard Howell, Jim Henderson, Sean Hegerty, Tyler Baxter, Zachary Burr, and Bobby Joyce.
