Ruby Estell Land, 88, Palmyra, passed away Friday, January 13, 2012.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Kail officiating. Burial will follow in Myers Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.
Ruby was born August 3, 1923 in Palmyra, daughter of the late Jim and Jenny Greene Harris. She was retired from Acme Boot Comapany. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John T. Land, and four daughters.
Survivors include her son Ricky T. Land, daughter Ethel M. Fraser, eleven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
