Ruby A. Cline, 75, Clarksville, died Saturday, October 25, 2008, at Skyline Hospice following an extended period of failing health. The remains are to be cremated. No services are planned. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 29, 1933, in Lubec, Maine, daughter of Isabelle (Mahar) and Freeman Morres. She married Wilfred Cline in December 1951. Together they had a daughter, Sherrill Marie and she helped raise his daughter Christine Ann. They lived in Lubec and Woodland before moving to Tennessee after retirement. They traveled together as long as health permitted and enjoyed visiting Europe, especially Germany and Holland. Ruby was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Pennamaquan Chp. #146. She was predeceased by her sister Laverne Olson Mahoney, sister Vivian in infancy, as well as her parents. She was predeceased by Wilfred, her husband of 56 years, in March of this year. She is survived by her daughter Sherrill and her husband Allan Harriman, stepdaughter Christy and husband Charles Halsted, grandson John and Lisa Harriman, grandaughter Angela Olson and DJ Hart, and very much loved great grandsons Matthew and Lucas Harriman. She will be sadly missed by her family and special friends Helga, Carol, and Nancy. A memorial service and interment will be held in Lubec in the Spring of 2009.
