Roy Spicer

Roy Eugene Spicer JR. (Costello), 43, Clarksville, died Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center. No services are planed the remains will be cremated. He was born March 26, 1968 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Marie Costello Duckworth and his step-father, James Fredrick Duckworth. He was a graduate of Northeast High School and a Christian. Survivors include his Father, Roy E. Spicer, Sr., Bowie, MD; brother, Lawrence R. Costello, JR.; sisters, Debbie (David) Flowers, Clarksville, Sherry (Eric) Martiny, Huntington Beach, CA; nieces and nephews, Jacob Flowers, Joseph Flowers, Isaac Flowers, Ashley Costello and Kenneth Lawrence Martiny. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff and residents of Spring Meadows Nursing Home for being a great family to Roy and our deepest appreciation to Dr. Jeanie Beauchamp and staff, PDI and Asera Care Hospice for their love and support during this difficult time.
